I am a wedding and event planner and recently had the opportunity to work with Alexandra of Get Plated Catering at a wedding reception in Frederick, Maryland. There was no kitchen at the venue, working space was very tight, and it was a seated dinner for 170 guests with three entree selections. Alex and her staff seamlessly delivered the correct meal to the each guest and the food was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my vendor meal. The appetizers also looked to die for, although I only sampled one. I have no idea how they produced so much delicious food in such a small space! Alex and her staff were extremely professional and helpful. I highly recommend Get Plated Catering.

A good friend of mine hosted a brunch on Saturday afternoon. I was absolutely blown away with the quality, speed and professionalism of Serge and his staff. I felt like I was at a black tie event at the White House the service was that good, I'm not even exaggerating.I wish I could post pics of the food, but I forgot. The brunch consisted of made to order omelettes, French toast that was out of this world, fresh bacon and sausage, these amazing has browns that were absolutely divine and the presentation was killer! They also served GUACAMOLE DEVILED EGGS that were just pure absolutely delicious!There was an amazing watermelon salad, shrimp salad, and a few other amazing dishes!Just when I didn't think things could get any better, out came trays of some of the most tender and well marinated steaks you could imagine. I'm a garlic lover, and they were drenched in delicious garlic and herbs!That's about all I got for the review. Please believe me when I tell you that I've traveled the world in the gourmet food business and I know when something is very special such as Pure Kitchen (PK). I didn't want to post this review, because I kind of wanted to keep the secret about how amazing they are!!! Â Â The staff was 5 stars.The food was 5 stars.The service was 5 stars.
