I became familiar with the food truck because they came to my complex at least four times. My first visit to their truck I ordered a Philly cheesesteak. I don't they were expecting the large crowd as my cheesesteak ended up taking an hour even though they said it was about a 20 minute wait. They gave me a discount, but I tipped anyway because I'm all about supporting small businesses. Honestly when I walk back into my condo I was so disappointed in the sandwich. It was the worst cheesesteak I've ever had. The tomatoes were old, the lettuce was sliced thick, there were thick chunks of yellow and red bell pepper, no kind of sauce, wrong kind of bread, just bad all around. It made me decide not to ever visit their truck if they came back to my complex again. The third time they came back I decided to give them another try and this time I texted my order before arriving to the truck. It didn't take long, my chicken was done in 10 minutes. I was able to order all flats with no extra charge. The wings were amazing! I've been back a third time and ordered the same wings. Honey Old Bay and garlic. I think wings are their specialty so you're better off sticking to that. If you do you won't be disappointed!

Good food! And unique food, hard to find this cuisine. Interesting flavors, well presented. Reasonably inexpensive too, and attentive serviceOne star deducted for timing: each of the seven dishes our party ordered came out at a different time, including one of the entrees before all the appetizers came out. There was at 15 minutes between the first entree coming out and the last.

A good friend of mine hosted a brunch on Saturday afternoon. I was absolutely blown away with the quality, speed and professionalism of Serge and his staff. I felt like I was at a black tie event at the White House the service was that good, I'm not even exaggerating.I wish I could post pics of the food, but I forgot. The brunch consisted of made to order omelettes, French toast that was out of this world, fresh bacon and sausage, these amazing has browns that were absolutely divine and the presentation was killer! They also served GUACAMOLE DEVILED EGGS that were just pure absolutely delicious! There was an amazing watermelon salad, shrimp salad, and a few other amazing dishes!Just when I didn't think things could get any better, out came trays of some of the most tender and well marinated steaks you could imagine. I'm a garlic lover, and they were drenched in delicious garlic and herbs! That's about all I got for the review. Please believe me when I tell you that I've traveled the world in the gourmet food business and I know when something is very special such as Pure Kitchen (PK). I didn't want to post this review, because I kind of wanted to keep the secret about how amazing they are!!! Â Â The staff was 5 stars. The food was 5 stars. The service was 5 stars.

Went last night for opening night dinner. Food was fantastic! The steak I had was cooked to perfection and the mushrooms I ordered as a side were delicious. Presentation of the food is modern and cool as is the restaurant around it. You'd be doing your tastebuds a disservice if you don't go check this place out!
