When I try a new BBQ place, I always try the burnt ends first. Smokin Joe's burnt ends are the best I've ever had. They were cooked just right and juicy. The sauce is above average. The sides are good. I normally don't like cole slaw but I loved theirs. The beans are first rate with chunks of meat. The fries are average.I can't say much about the service since I always take the food to go but while I'm waiting at the counter, people seem to be having a good time.I've had the chicken dinner too and it was good but not anything I'd write home about. I'm going back tonight for some more burnt ends!

I told one of the gentlemen in the truck that if it was good (and I have extremely high expectations) that I’d be back. Good is an understatement. That beef was seasoned to perfection �. The food was amazing...no one could have done a better job. The staff is very friendly and they worked very fluidly together. I had tons of compliments on how great the food was and the setup was incredible. They really outdid themselves to make everything perfect. Everyone should use Shining Stars...they are amazing!!!

I never crave Italian but when this place was mentioned for a business dinner, I knew I wanted to give it a try beforehand. The warm bread...yum. Carbs. Give me all the carbs. House salad - it's hard to go wrong with a salad. Garozzo's gives you a free spiedini on your birthday - take advantage! Husband had the tortellini Gina with chicken and prosciutto - not bad, but go with the spiedini =)The tables are superrrrr close together in the main dining area so keep that in mind when you're being seated. The night we went, we had one girl next to us who had one too many glasses of wine so heard every.single.word. of her date night. Dimmer lighting does not equate louder (indoor) voice, patrons.
