So this used to be called the 11th St., Annex when it was owned by the two ugly sisters. Really that's what they call themselves. Well known Fort Lauderdale institution for lunch. Sisters have left on a road trip for America and sold the business to their nephew Chris, and his wife. Chris is a wonderful chef who produces fantastic items for lunch that represent good home cooking. There's always five choices for lunch with fresh baked pastries for dessert. The food is delicious innovative and simple. Every time I go, I have a wonderful lunch and a great time!!

Great Vibes good food i went there for the Unlimited tacos and it was so good and their street corn was definitely good. they were very welcoming. i was with a party of 5 kids(me included lol) we had so much fun nothing negative to say. it is family oriented. Definitely worth the visit. OH YEA THE FOOD IS FAST !!!
