Salt and Fire catered my Parents 50th Anniversary dinner, and from start to finish the experience was top-shelf. Due to some complications we had to postpone the original date, but they were flexible understanding and professional in getting it rescheduled. Tina(business manager for Salt and Fire) was courteous, responsive and a pleasure to work with! Chef B King's execution of all the dishes(from flavor down to presentation), was flawless!
