We are an all-from-scratch bake shop located on Spokane's South Hill. Our specialty is Super Crumble Coffee Cake that we sell by the slice or the whole cake. We also offer fresh breads in a regular size loaf and mini size loaves and delicious cupcakes frosted with Swiss Meringue Buttercream, in mini and regular sizes. We do custom cake orders for whatever you want to celebrate.

They have fresh bread and good coffee cakes. The coffee cake crumble was a bit too sweet for me! But that’s just me! They are known for their coffee-cakes. As far as coffee goes, they only serve drip coffee but you can add sugar or creamer. Staff are amazing, kind and helpful. Also There is a great view to the Cathedral church.

If you're looking for a bakery in Federal Way, I highly recommend "Ma Boulange" (tucked nicely in-between Trader Joes and America's Best optical on 320th). Wonderful people own this bakery, which make the already divine pastries taste even better. Pictured below are the sweets that owner Stella sent with me today, and the wedding cake they made for a wedding reception yesterday where I work. Great atmosphere to sit and enjoy coffee or tea, and a delicious treat (or two!) They also make loaves of bread and sandwiches. Lots of gluten free options too! See you there!

Finally a great place close to my office where what was before a bunch of restaurants in a sea of mediocrity. Â While you would mainly come here for lunch, they also have traditional breakfasts and good dessert piroshkis that are very suitable for an afternoon snack. I will be adding Piroshki to my normal lunch rotation, which is very hard to get a spot on (unlike the Mariners' rotation).
We are located inside of Tacoma mall in the food court, and get a free consultation and free cake tasting went you book your wedding cake or anniversary. We offer delivery, we know how busy are the groom and bride so the delivery is on us went is 10 miles or less from where we are. We had made in 2020 over 1500 cakes. These cookies are SO GOOD. My guilty pleasure is the frosted cancer cookies at Safeway (the impossibly soft cookies with the tooth achingly sweet frosting dyed in shocking colors). While satisfying all my cancer cookie cravings, this cookie is so much better! It tastes like butter, not ahortening. The frosting tastes like butter and cane sugar, not chemicals.

The cakes are absolutely phenomenal! We have purchased from them 3 times since finding out about this place. The ladies at the shop are always so welcoming and courteous and are always happy to serve their customers. I love that they always have a little sample of some cake at the shop, so you can always get a little nibble and get an idea of what one of their cakes might taste like. Definitely recommend this place!

Audrey’s cakes are absolutely amazing! They look so fancy and perfect and taste just as good! My boyfriend had her make me a cake for my birthday and she was so accommodating of my crazy diet (I was on Show prep) and she made me a cake out of watermelon! And put a barbie doll in it and frosted it so the watermelon was her dress! It’s my favorite cake I’ve ever had! It also helps that Audrey is so sweet and kind! I highly recommend her!

I just got married this past Saturday and my wife hired Love By The Slice to create a cigar cake to surprise me at our reception. No one told me the cake was there. I just happened to walk by the table during the reception and the cake stopped me dead in my tracks. Their rendering of a cigar box and cigars was absolutely ASTONISHING!! The cigars looked so real, I had to look closer because I wanted to take one off and smoke it that night. Cassandra and her team pulled out all the stops for our night. I stood there and admired the cake for at least 3-5 minutes. All I could say was WOW!! It was so beautiful, I didn't even cut it. I truly appreciate my wife and Love By The Slice for making my night that much more stunning. You all are passionate about your craft and it was shown in the details of my cake. So happy I found Sheri's cakes for my son's 8th birthday! Sheri was very professional & responsive during the ordering process, answering all my questions thoroughly and promptly. She offers many different cake/frosting/filling options and is very talented with the decorating. She listened to what I wanted and was able to deliver exactly what I hoped for, even providing a quick sketch of what she planned in advance to ensure it was what I wanted. Cake was tasty and everyone loved itl Cost was reasonable. obviously you can get a generic cake from a grocery store for less, but for a quality custom cake it was a reasonable price. Cake was ready for pick up at the agreed upon time and Sheri has taken measures to limit contact during covid for safety. Highly recommend!! Thank you Sheri!
