From the initial phone consultation, to the cake tasting, to the wedding day, it was a pleasure working with Paris Levinovitz at Passionflower Cakes. My now-husband and I went into the process without having a good idea of what we wanted out of our wedding cake. By asking us questions about our wedding and showing us photographs of her past work to find out what we liked, Paris drew a mockup of a cake that seemed like a perfect fit. When we saw the cake at the wedding, it was even more beautiful than we anticipated. We received many compliments. We were grateful that Paris could be a part of our wedding and would recommend her.

From the moment we stepped into Sweethaus for the first time, we were greeted with a warm smile. The beautiful décor and ambiance made it feel as if we were walking into a French coffee shop.We ordered the Baked Eggs dish (at the recommendation of the cashier) and the Breakfast croissant (bacon substituted with avocado to make it vegetarian) with a side of coffee and it was delivered to our table promptly and hot. The Baked Eggs are something else! Next-level deliciousness. We ordered a Cookie Dough cupcake for dessert and let me tell you – Sweethaus has the BEST frosting to cupcake ratio on the planet earth! It’s almost 1:1. If you’re not a fan of frosting, Sweethaus isn’t the place for you.In summary, you can feel the love in every bite of food you take at Sweethaus. I had the Garlic Basil grilled cheese on baguette with a side salad the second time I went, SO delicious! We had a nice chat with who I believe was the owner of Sweethaus on our second visit. She was super sweet and seemed like a major foodie who put a lot of thought into the food served there.I highly recommend stopping by for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You will always leave Sweethaus happy.Added bonus: They offer vegan cupcakes! And plenty of vegetarian food options, too.
