Mindy is an amazing baker! I knew this before I booked her to be my cake lady for my wedding. She makes not only beautiful cakes, but they are delish as well!We ended up getting a three tiered Red Velvet cake for me and a chocolate peanut butter cake for the groom's cake. Both were so pretty, I didn't even want to cut them! But we were glad we did, because they taste amazing! A lot of wedding cakes I have tried in the past are dry and don't have tasty icing. Not so with Mindy's cakes! They are good even days after, we got to save a few pieces and have been munching on them ever since.Very affordable, willing to work with our budget and super professional throughout the whole process! My experience with Alba was really good! She made a delicious red velvet cake for my mom's Birthday! The cake was amazing, really moist and spongy  and my mom said it was the most beautiful birthday cake ever! I'm very pleased. Thank you so much!

OMG..... Such Beautiful Art!!! The cake was the talk of the party!!! The taste, the look, the smell!! Everything about this cake made you feel like a kid again. It didn't even look real!!! Absolutely awesomely delicious cupcake cake and design!  I sent an email through the website and scheduled to meet with Michelle a month before my 5 year old's birthday.  I showed her designs and she spent time giving us quotes and options for getting the crocodile cake my little one wanted which didn't break the bank.  Not rushy at all gave us timeline to decide on design which was exactly 2 weeks before the party.  I picked a totally different design and sent it 2 weeks before the party which requests for 2 cupcake flavors and eggless cupcakes too.  She got it all down and was on board with the changes.  One week before the party we confirmed everything as well as delivery to the party venue.  On the day of the party, honestly I was nervous and of course running late the the party.  I wasn't sure if the cake had arrived or not, but once I arrived at the venue, our cake was at our party table wrapped in plastic waiting for us.  My little guy was so amazed, excited and couldn't wait to show his friends.  When it came time for the cake we got it all setup and all our guests loved the design and thought the cupcake cake was an awesome idea for this age group.  I almost never get to try a piece of cake at my little ones parties because I'm busy doing one thing or another, but once everyone took a bite of the cupcakes the compliments kept pouring in, and I HAD to try one.  The cake was soft and delicious and fresh, the buttercream frosting was also perfectly the right amount of sweet to compliment the cake.  Absolutely amazing, I highly recommend Michelle's Patisserie for their phenomenal cakes and great service.  Thank you for being the delicious icing on my 6 year old's cool crocodile cake!  We will be coming to you for all our sweet tooth cravings and celebrations!

Irene did a magnificent job on the cake and it tasted as good as it looked!!! Everyone was impressed by it. I have read some of the negative reviews on here and I think Irene is misunderstood... She is very professional. She is very straightforward and I think that because she asks many questions people think of this as being rude or something but it is imperative she know EXACTLY what you need so you WILL BE PLEASED! I had no problem answering her standard questions and emailing photos of my idea.
