These cookies are SO GOOD. My guilty pleasure is the frosted cancer cookies at Safeway (the impossibly soft cookies with the tooth achingly sweet frosting dyed in shocking colors). While satisfying all my cancer cookie cravings, this cookie is so much better! It tastes like butter, not ahortening. The frosting tastes like butter and cane sugar, not chemicals.

I have to start with I am not a frosting loving person, as in I never eat the frosting, many times I have been told just try this frosting you will like it. However its not just the sweetness it is the texture. The buttercream frosting Jen makes is delightful, I say this because it is light and creamy, the best frosting I have had in years. But when it comes to cake, that is my forte. I don't eat frosting so I have become the cake tester. Is it dense, is it too light, is it dry, is it too moist, different cakes need to be dense or dry depending on the cake and I get that. Jen's cupcakes were delicious, loved the sponginess with out being overly moist or dense. I have not had the pleasure of trying her cakes....YET! But have recommend her to others and will be back for future events!!!!!

We often visit Di Tazza on Saturday. This past Saturday we took the family including our son and his girlfriend visiting from Texas. We each got a different pastry. I had a cheesecake bar that was to die for. Creamy and luscious. My son had stopped drinking coffee but decided to try the blackberry white mocha and really liked it. I had my usual Honey bee Latte. We are never disappointed with our treats and coffee.

I come here multiple times a week, they always have new cupcake flavors. My favorite is chocolate and my girlfriend likes the cupcakes with fillings. The owners are super nice and we love supporting the community.

Cara is a lifesaver! I needed a last minute custom cake in 3 days and she came through! Not only that, I found out about a food allergy the next day. So I asked about changing the filling and she said it wouldn't be a problem. I asked about an early deliver because I had to deliver to my daughter's place in Eugene on Saturday the weekend of the eclipse (nightmare traffic news scenario that didn't happen to me but better safe than sorry) and she came through! To top it off my daughter's boyfriend LOVED the cake so much that he didn't want to cut the cake until the next day! Cara is a lifesaver, angel, cake extraordinaire!

Never disappointed. Our fave tends to be chocolate peanut butter and cherry but they are all amazing!

She does such beautiful work and I can tell that she puts her heart and soul into each and every one of her creations!

Can I say enough good things? No. I love the owner and master baker. She had no problem with catering a medium size same sex wedding in 2010. Every time I am back in Portland I pop in for more cakes. Moist, meticulous designs, on time delivery, fast set up and and endless assortment of styles an flavors. Very professional all around. Thank you Dessert Tray!

Great spot for cupcakes. They're served chilled, so I'd advise taking them to go so they warm up. Great variety of flavors. They do not serve milk.

Bought a little cake and some cupcakes for my birthday. My cake was lemon coconut. It was so moist with great flavor! The cupcakes were red velvet, lemon daisy, and almond raspberry. All three were delicious! Super moist and flavorful. I will definitely be coming back

So delicious! I love cake and this is now my favorite place to get it. I like the atmosphere of the place- it’s comfortable, inviting and not pretentious at all. I got the raspberry almond and loved it but I think the chocolate cupcake with peanut butter frosting was my favorite! employees are warm and friendly. Will definitely be back

The space is lovely, staff cheerful and food exceptional, even if you aren't vegan and gluten free. This place is a gem for folks with dietary restrictions.

One of the best bakeries in Portland. Everything is made in house and delicious, there are great savory options along with the sweets, and the coffee is always great. The cafe has a relaxing atmosphere, and it's a great place to meet friends or hang out with a book or laptop. Service is always friendly and fast. Often cute dogs tied up outside the window while their owners get treats, which always makes my day.

Excellent! My family loved the food. I liked the pick 3 items for $16 part of the menu. It allowed me to pick the meal I wanted. The broccoli was so delicious. Very busy for a Tuesday night, a good sign that people love this place. The desserts were all home made, which is rare these days. The people beside us ordered the banana pie and it looked amazing. We were all too full for dessert. My son did not like the kids meal burger, and he knows his burgers, so I would avoid that. Other than that, highly recommended!

Sarahs cakes in hillsboro is by far the best professional baker for anything you can imagine. She will work with you and your needs for any occasion. The artwork is outstanding! The flavors are fantastic and everything is always fresh and ready to eat. Im already doing repeat orders with her because she is sooo excellent!
