This is the second time purchasing. The first time I had the strawberry cream, but this time I chose the Classic Vanilla. Boy! Oh boy! It was so fresh and delicious. I am sweets lover �. I think ill try lemon next. Some off the best cake in Raleigh.

Iriene is the most incredible cake maker around! She is able to take the vision you have and put it to reality! I did a surprise SUPERMAN grooms cake for my husband and it came out better than I ever imagined! She was able to print old school comics onto the frosting and make the cake truly come alive! Not only did it look fantastic, but oh my God it was so delicious!!! Iriene was flexible, responsive, helpful and a lot of fun to work with! I definitely recommend Artylicious Cakes to anyone who is in need of a memorable and delicious experience!!!

Stephanie and her colleague provided impeccable service and delicious food for our company’s customer event in February. The chocolate truffles were a huge hit! They made this event a huge success for us and I will definitely be requesting their services for future customer events!

Fabulous cakes! From the minute we went to our cake tasting I new this was the place we were going with! They gave us multiple options for the tasting and even let us try a few cake truffles & cupcakes.For our wedding we had 3 different cakes, Chocolate (Gluten Free), Almond (2 tier cake in the picture) and Marble. The buttercream on the outside of all the cakes was Vanilla, and it was the perfect amount. Our guests raved about how wonderful our cakes were, they were so good that we didn't get to bring any home. Highly recommend Couture Cakes for your Wedding or party!

My love affair with this place began back in 2001. I bought a birthday cake called the Brandy Alexander for a loved one. It rocked our worlds. Never before had we endeavored to gorge ourselves on such perfection. What a cake! Thus a tradition began. Every birthday or special occasion is even better with a cake or dessert from this spot. A few favorites: the Margarita Cake, Far Out Frangelico, Carrot Cake, Creamsicle, the list goes on and on. We ordered a fresh fruit tart, which was insanely good. But then I found my absolute favorite cookie on Earth- the Star Ranger Cookie. This is a much sought after cookie. I began to call the shop to see if they had them, because they sell out so quickly. Talk about a buttery cookie! This one smells of butter and has the perfect crispness to softness ratio. Just when you think it can't get any better, it does. It is loaded with Corn Flakes and pecans. The Corn Flakes add a fun crunch that makes me immensely happy. On a recent visit, I was saddened to learn that they were out. A woman in front of me in line said, "I'm gonna start calling over here. Those cookies are my favorite and I'm devastated when they're out." I couldn't agree more. To make this even sweeter, you can order cakes on line. You can write your special messages and list detailed instructions. I've used this service at least a dozen times. You let them know when you need it and run in to pick it up. Don't feel like ordering ahead? Their freezer is chocked full of fresh cakes just waiting to go home with someone. They'll even throw some writing on there if you need a fantastic cake in a pinch. Pricey stuff, it is worth it. A large one will feed an army. Small ones range from, like $20 on upwards of $35 for the large guys. Worth every penny. Dear God I want a Star Ranger Cookie right now!

Kristin did a wonderful job on our Mickey Mouse cookies for my son’s first birthday. She was extremely responsive and so easy to work with. Her price was by far the best out of three other places that I looked at. I will be using her again for future orders!

WOW!!! Is really all I have to say about ***** and Details Cake Design. From the moment we first emailed her to the final Amazingly Beautiful Wedding Cakes everything was perfect. When we first met ***** to have a tasting, she showed up in her professional chefs outfit and treated us like her closest friends. She was kind and informative. Most importantly her cakes were delicious. Not overly sweet, perfect texture and everything was made from scratch with quality ingredients. Something both my husband and I care about. Over the process my husband and I changed our minds and numbers quite a bit from our original order. ***** was nothing but understanding and accommodating. Our final cake was a two tired double barrel coconut with buttercream frosting. The outside was decorated with ombre blue going up the cake. It was stunning. We also ordered two chocolate chocolate chocolate cakes and they were beautifully decorated as well in a simple nature. *****, thank you again for everything.
