Hello. Welcome to my sweet world. I went to Culinary School to be a chef and I ended up loving the baking courses so much that I decided to pursue that instead. I am self taught over the years and just add more and more techniques to my portfolio. I love new challenging sweets and cakes and I love experimenting with different flavors. I take a lot of pride in my work and I would never sell anyone a product that I my self will not be willing to pay for or eat.
