I was so excited when I read the article to learn that we had finally gotten our own cupcake place. I finally got to check out Magnolia Bakery recently and I think I liked these cupcakes even more. The cupcakes were amazing. I'm a little embarrassed to admit this but I tried the chocolate, the vanilla and the carrot cake. The chocolate was my favorite. It did have a LOT of frosting, but in my opinion there is never too much frosting. And it wasn't too sugary. The cake parts were all very moist, which can often be the killer in a cupcake. The guy waiting on customers was so excited to have us. He asked if I lived in the Highlands and how I heard about them. Loved it!

Lisa was so lovely to work with and the cake was loved by both the birthday girl and her guests! The pups seemed adorably respectful of eating such a beautiful treat - there was zero mess (which was the only concern I had prior to "serving" it). Lisa provided helpful instructions for leftovers...but we had none! I would definitely recommend Biscotti Hound and will call Lisa again for the next doggie party.
