Shruthi baked an amazing 'Dobby' cake for my husband's 30th birthday. Being Harry Potter fans ourselves we were thrilled to see the finished cake which was meticulously done to perfection. Everybody in the party loved it and it was clear that she had put in a lot of effort to get the features spot on. To top it all the cake was soft in texture and extremely tasty!

Highly recommend Maha! She did a phenomenal job on our gender reveal cake. We had a custom request that included a breakable heart on top of the cake to reveal the gender and while Maha hadn't done this specific type of reveal before she was accommodating of our request and put in the creativity to figure out a way to make our vision come to life and it worked perfectly! She was prompt, professional and flexible in her communication. With very few inspo photos she created a cake that was even more beautiful than I could have imagined and yummy too! I will definitely be going back to Maha for future cake creations.

The best cannoli in San Jose hands down. Fresh shells, delicious filling. The cookies and cakes are just like the ones my family made growing up. This bakery is working hard to keep the traditions of Italian cookies, cannoli and Italian baked goods, alive. Their cakes are really something, too. I used them at all the holidays and love to see their spreads at weddings. Here is my cousin's wedding.

They got my cake done in time, looking just like the image I'd shown them, and everyone said it was delicious. My only complaint is that it is very expensive $$$ A 15-person custom cake was $110. If I'd known that ahead of time I probably would've gone with a different bakery or just gotten a store bought cake and done the icing myself. But I got around contacting them late (there was only 5 days before my party) and by the time I got a quote back from them it was kind of too late.If you don't mind high prices, this plate is quite good. I'd probably go with them to do more complicated things (such as pictured) and not just cakes that have custom writing on them.

I ordered two birthday cakes for my twin boys last year. Annette and Anna made a two tier cake for each with fondant icing, one with a baseball theme and one with a Transformers theme. The cakes looked awesome, and all the parents at the birthday party loved them and wanted to know where we had them made. My boys were very happy with the cakes. As we had four tiers in total, we had 4 different kinds of cake and fillings. All tasted great. Our experience was very good, and I would refer others to the bakery if you want a better than average cake experience. Since our first bday cake order last year, I've ordered 4 separate fondant cupcakes with fondant decorations on them (which were fantastic and looked just like the image I sent her), and am now ordering birthday cakes again.

Everything about Jen's Cakes is great. I got amazing customer service, a delicious cake that all my guests couldn't stop raving over, and a beautiful cake that went above and beyond my expectations. Jen's Cakes can create a special cake for any occasion, no matter how big or small, and each cake is made with tender love and care. I'm so thankful I was introduced to this cake gem in Glendale.
