I saw this place on Instagram and was instantly intrigued with their cakes! I wanted to try their strawberry shortcake and I was lucky to get one on a weekend. Â They are only open weekends now but I think soon might be expanding their hours. Â I was told they specialize in custom cakes so I can't wait to try one day! Back to the strawberry shortcake .. it was perfect ... the cake was spongy and not too sweet ! It's a 6 inch cake and seriously I could prolly finish it on my own! Soo good !

This is a unique wedding cake! Even though I am not Scandinavian, We loved it it. I especially love that it hides a beautiful bottle of champagne!! What fun! It is also gluten free!! I have allergies. This is so good it is addictive. It's like having cake and cookie all at the same time. My favorites! Ellen is amazing and really customized her confection just for us! She even made the delivery fun! A must have at any event!
