Best cake I have ever tried , and I am not a huge fan of sweets . I got a chocolate cake for Valentine's Day for my wife and I , not only did it look amazing , but it tasted incredible as well . It was perfect , not to extremely sweet or dull . It had the right moisture and flavor , which made your taste buds fall in love . Will be buying more cakes from them . Thank you Blue Cake House !

My fave indy coffee spot. They have mini guava cheese ( kinda like Porto's, but lighter) for less than a dollar. I think they give a deal if you buy six. They also have a great chicken pesto sandwich. The white cake with strawberries is also very good. Cafe mocha is my go to drink, and they have frequent buyer cards. Owners are sweet.

YUMMIE! This place has the best southern sweet potatoe pie in all that I have ate. Their peacan pie is also very good, too! Parking is kind of bad and it's also in the heart of Central Los Angeles but it's worth the hour drive or traffic that a person might be stuck in just to get a sample or taste of it. The door is actually a metal screen on the 27th Street side, in which the door right on the corner is actually their kitchen so you have to be on the 27th street side for the main door, but you have to ring the doorbell or knock or bang on the metal screen really hard...no joke! Lol There's no seating if your planning on seating and having a taste, it's not like your ordinary bakery but it's amazingly delicious! You buy your pie and leave. Better than Marie Calendar's if you think their pies are yummy!
