wow!! My (now) husband and I were so impressed with the taste!!! We ordered a 3-tier cake, each layer was a different flavor cake! So delicious!!! They make the cake EXACTLY how I wanted it! So much work when into making it look perfect. And the staff make sure they we knew how to transport our cake and assemble it to make sure it stayed just as beautiful! I could eat one of these EVERY day!!!!!

We found Coronado's Gluten Free Pantry in Emerald C Gallery. The banana muffins, chocolate chip cookies, and Belgian fudge brownies we bought were sooo scrumptious! They were moist, full of flavor, and you would never know they were allergy free. We've tried items from numerous gluten free bakeries and this one comes highly recommended! This bakery is brand new and currently the owner Roanna is in the gallery Wednesdays from 2pm to 5pm. She takes custom orders, and is very friendly and attentive to a variety of dietary needs.
