I am a Graphic Designer by trade but have been creating websites for my clients using WIX. This platform is ideal for a small business that does not need a complicated site- great e-commerce application, modern designs that translate perfectly to mobile, and all the features you need for a business website. I’m perfect for a small local business that needs a one-stop Designer.
AH PR & Communications is a Seattle-based, full service communications firm. Driven by passionate people with big ideas, we are storytellers and problem solvers, planners and creators. We partner with clients to deliver innovative strategies and materials that advance goals and cultivate voices. We are ambitious, creative, and ready to roll-up our sleeves to get to work. Services include: branding and graphic design, social & digital, website design, media relations, events, video production and strategic partnership.
I believe a great website include the following qualities: it is functional, accessible, easy to navigate, mobile adaptive, optimized for search, provides information clearly, and includes a clear call to action.
Before every communications project, I ask the client to complete a short creative brief that includes questions such as:
- What are you goals for the project?
- What is your timeline?
- What do you like about the current product, what do you want to change?
The creative brief is tailored to each client and project, and allows me to understand your goals for the project - essentially serving as a roadmap or compass throughout the project.
I love helping clients find their voice, serving as an extension of your team.
I find joy in the creative process.
I am a working professional with two children and started my own business for a few reasons. First, I need to have flexibility in my schedule (lots of school and sport activities for kids to navigate). I also wanted a business where I could channel my creativity, as well as my project management and communications skillsets. And lastly, I wanted to start my own business to be an example for my children - to show them that if you work hard and are passionate about your work, you can do anything!
I have over 15 years of experience working in communications with all types of organizations - nonprofits, government entities and small businesses.
I am good at what I do because I care, listen and work hard. I love what I do and I think that shows in my work and my relationships with clients.
Yes, I can provide services online and remotely. I work from my home office and can easily meet with clients via Teams, Zoom or even (gasp!) the phone.
I work remotely and so interactions with clients are typically via Zoom or Teams.
If we are meeting in-person, I am happy to meet outside and/or wear a mask. I am also fully vaccinated and boosted! (yay for science!)
