‘20 Certificate of Excellence

Hello! My name is Anthony and I've been helping small businesses for over ten years. I currently offer web design, video production and review management services. Clients enjoy working with me because I deliver quality work, have an extremely fast turnaround and I'm always honest/transparent regarding what will help your business grow. When I'm not working, I'm traveling to new parts of the world or working on my own small businesses.

What makes a great website?

After ten years of web development, I found that simple websites with beautiful visuals are the most effective. There will always be trends in web design, but keeping it simple is the way to go. I also recommend focusing on a review management strategy. A business with a decent website and great reviews will perform better than a business with a great website and mediocre reviews.

What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?

I always start with why? Why are we designing the website? That's why I only work with small businesses. I want to know the story behind your business and why we're building the website. It makes me feel more connected to the end goal and not just a project.

What do you love most about your job?

Watching small businesses grow. I've worked with large companies throughout my ten years of development, but found that I only like working with small businesses. I build relationships with my clients and truly enjoy receiving a call or email from them, whether it's about an upcoming trip, new business book that they found helpful or a "learning lesson" they experienced with the business.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I quit my corporate job ten years ago and started my first business. I hired a web developer with the last of my money and he decided to go missing in action. My only option was to learn how to develop my own website. I realized I enjoyed designing websites so I started to build them for friends and family. The business continued to grow organically each year and I started to work on large projects for corporations. After a couple years of that I realized I missed working with business owners. I decided to stop working with large corporations and focus on my favorite part of my job; building relationships with small business owners and watching them grow.

Why should our clients choose you?

The most important reason is communication. It's rare for me to not respond within an hour or keep a client updated on the progress of the project. Another reason is that I'm a business owner first. I've started multiple businesses in the past ten years and continuously experiment with marketing strategies. I've learned A LOT by doing that and I share my lessons with clients. Over the past ten years, my business has adapted and it will continue to do so as the marketing environment changes. I took off an entire year of new web design projects so I could focus on video production and social media strategies. Those are two marketing channels that every business needs to explore so I wanted to learn how to use them for my clients. I'm always curious of what's next and will never stop growing as a person or web designer.
