Ive known Carly for a long time and the one quality of hers that stands out most consistently is a keen unparrallel listening ability. Additionally, she is a passionate student of people, and understands people very well as a result of her dedication to hearing them out fully. She is a highly genuine person and really seeks out the hearts of people. I highly recommend her for your business needs and beyond.

I provide mental health counseling (or therapy) to help people overcome anxiety, depression, phobias, relationship problems, insomnia, impulsive behavior, substance abuse, PTSD, and other stress-related problems. My fee is $120 for the first session and $100 each session thereafter. I currently don’t take insurance as payment but am working on that so I can in the hopefully near future.

I use a down to earth approach to counseling and psychotherapy that provides practical ways for managing issues and problems. I draw from my life experience to help clients with crisis issues, while building a bond of trust that enables the work to move to a deeper level, where clients encounter the particular dynamics and roadblocks that are impacting their lives in negative ways.

Shout out to my friend, Kenneth Master Noble, of Noble Wellness! I recently started going back to him for acupuncture, after a lonnnggg break while we were across state.
This morning I was feeling so lousy, drowsy, and achey, I almost called to say I wasn't coming. But I know that is hard when people cancel appointments at the last moment and it is difficult or impossible to fill that spot. So I went.
I think I forgot how bad I was feeling this morning and just went about my day after acupuncture. Tonight it dawned on me… I was about in shut down mode this morning and ready to reach for ibuprofen but decided to wait. I never did take that ibuprofen, and I was just thinking tonight that I currently have no sign of the migraine that was brewing this morning, and the only aches I feel are from yoga poses. Yay Kenneth! and yay acupuncture!

Kelly supports teens and adults in their desire to live into their authentic selves, and develop meaningful and life giving relationships. She does this by carefully listening to client's life story and everyday experiences, helps clients explore their personal core values, and collaboratively comes up with practical ways they can live their lives in a way that is congruent with their true selves and who they want to be.

I love that I get to help empower clients to be capable of creating change in their life. Teaching clients how they do have positive choices to make those changes, and then giving them the tools to act accordingly. Therapy is a process, but it is a process of self-discovery for clients (or as in many cases, a process of rediscovery) of one's ability to move through the difficult challenges they face.
I love the work I do, and wanted to be able to pursue my own interests, instead of some arbitrary goals set by an employer.
I am capable of working alongside clients to teach them self-empowerment, and I am confident (given my experience), that clients will experience a positive impact on their life by seeking services with me. I offer unconditional positive regard toward every person who comes to me for help, and am willing to listen to what their needs are, rather than impose some self-focused therapeutic goals they may not feel is relevant. We create a plan of care together, and work as partners in bringing that care plan to reality.
Yes, via secured video media services through a secure client portal system is used for telehealth services.
I require clients to be fully vaccinated as recommended by the CDC and local health authorities. Additionally, clients need to CDC approved face mask during the session for in person meetings.
