I attended the addiction workshop today and I felt the information shared was very insightful and applicable. I felt Jeremy and his wife were very knowledgeable about the topic and I felt like they were really concerned about my recovery. I am a recovering addict. I highly recommend going to this seminar and getting help if you or someone you know is an addict. The principles apply to life no matter what you might consider a challenge for you. Thanks Jeremy.

I have been to other treatment centers throughout the Salt Lake valley . This facility with the faculty are kind, curtious, and I believe every one of the instructors genuinely care for my well being and rehabilitation. I have had nothing but positive experiences here with changes counseling. They are truly looking to improve my lifestyle and help me be content in life's choices. I would highly recommend this treatment center to anyone seeking treatment or group therapy. I will keep in contact as well as continue classes post treatment.

My experience at theSol Retreat was hands down, one of the most impactful training I’ve ever attended. It was a powerful experience for me. So many deep insights and deep healing took place. I am forever grateful to the amazing therapists. It was truly life changing. Debbie Reid is one of the best and most intuitive therapists I am honored to know. Her colleagues were amazing.

I can see why this place gets mixed reviews. I would give Penny Rawlins 5 stars for sure. She was really kind, a good listener, smart, experienced. She stayed late for me more than once and I could tell she cared. But then I needed a letter for my attorney (not court ordered), and her boss (the director) Betty stepped in. She was brief, brisk, and pretty much mean. She literally spent 15 min getting info from me, didn’t seem to believe anything I explained about my situation, was like, well you missed 2 appointments, I’ll put that in your letter? I said, Penny was sick for one of those! So Betty said, fine. I won’t write that you missed 2 appointments. At the end, she’s like, go pay a copay, only then will you get your letter. Even though I’d already paid a copay to see Penny the same day. It was a joke, and I left in tears. So basically, I recommend Penny highly, and her boss gets zero stars.
