At Emerging Strength Life Coaching and Counseling I do three things really well. I help people win the fight of their lives, I help marriages touched by addiction, and I help people find their strength even when they don't feel strong. We help people with: habits, thoughts, and feelings, living and being, relationships, and recovery. I work with strong people who aren't strong yet, don't feel strong now, or don't feel strong in a specific area.

Working with Dr. Todd Davis was a blessing. He opened my eyes to a view of people and the world as a whole, in a new light. His ability to connect with me, understand me and support me did not go unnoticed. He shared personal experiences to offer perspective while still remaining professional, which deepened my trust for him. And not just that, he gave me homework. The homework has helped guide me even after our work together was over.
At the outset of counseling, the client normally communicates their desire to work on two main goals, a desire to; 1) better understand themselves and their actions and 2) to improve a meaningful relationship in their life (or possibly several). My overarching goal is to help people in a place of pain, when life isn’t working, learn about themselves and heal the relationships they care most about.
Indigo Path Collective is focused entirely on the mental health and wellness of people, us silly humans just trying to make it through our messy lives. I serve as your guide as you embark on your own hero’s journey. Nobody else literally heals us, but we heal ourselves when we commit to consistently doing the necessary inner work. By implementing healthy practices into our daily routine we create healthy habits and thought patterns that will upgrade our lives. Let’s elevate!! Hypnotherapy works by reshaping the mind subconsciously via post hypnotic suggestions and neurolinguistic programming.

Our deepest desire is to be at peace. I will help you rediscover this state of well-being regardless of your circumstances. Buddhists teach that life is suffering but you don’t need a monk to tell you that. The truth is pain is unavoidable but inner peace is a choice you get to make every day. You will learn new skills to manage any challenge life throws your way. You will come to understand pain is just an opportunity to transform your misery into meaning.

I have recommended Leigh many times to others and I will continue to. Leigh was instrumental in my healing journey from a narcissist abusive marriage. She used tools personalized for me; geared our sessions to how I process things and addressed the problems I was facing using tools and books that were able to work with who I am at my core. I was able to get to a place of peace and not fear, hopeful and not angry or sad, so much faster than I would expected. The work I did with Leigh has given me a healed heart and soul that I didn't think I could ever have. She checks in on you and is able to offer reassuring words and help even outside of the sessions. I'm fiercely grateful for her!
I believe that seeking support and guidance during challenging times is a natural part of life. As a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in counseling, I am dedicated to assisting individuals in navigating trauma, daily stressors, and other personal difficulties. It is important to recognize that seeking help does not mean there is something inherently wrong with you, as we all face struggles at some point in our lives.
I am a weight-inclusive, LGBTQIA2+ celebrating, anti-diet, sex-positive, neurodivergent therapist practicing with compassion and a sense of humor. I call myself an embodiment therapist because no matter the specific issue that brings a client to therapy, at the core of what I do is helping people become embodied, using my training in Somatic Experiencing. In working with me, you’ll learn how to get out of your head and truly live in your body, appreciate and respect your body as an important source of wisdom and intuition, feel secure and grounded in who you are, and live a life that aligns with your values and what you stand for—without guilt or shame.
"Let's talk about what is right about you"......"Let's name the good and let's begin the change". Most of us need help doing this as our day to day lives emphasize the negative and consequently we forget who we truly are. It is our hope at Positive Psychology Group that we may be of some help to you should you have retreated from an active participation in life by helping you rekindle the joy in life that has somehow been hidden and suppressed.

Thank God for knowledgeable and caring people in the medical community such as Katie and Jen at Revitalist who not only want their patients to feel better but they are super passionate and excited about doing so.They both are amazing CRNAs and have years of experience. I suffered multiple compression fractures to my Thoracic and Lumbar spine one year ago. Long before that I developed severe depression and anxiety along with panic disorder. I had been suffering severe panic attacks every other day or two as well as chronic sharp stabbing pains.Since my 4th infusion at Revitalist I have honestly been free from panic attacks, my depression has lessened and my pain has decreased. For those who suffer from these symptoms know how deblating they can be. If you read this please give this a chance. Remember it is LOW DOSE ketamine infusion. I am truly amazed at the results thus far! At the very least give them a call and discuss your options and symptoms with them. You will not regret it . Thanks Katie and Jen for being outstanding and loving! I look forward to my next treatment.?
