We have over 1,000 mp3 audio recordings online, we create professional custom audio recordings as well as hypnotherapy programs. We specialize in weight loss, stop smoking, personal change, addictions, pain reduction, hypno birthing, and healing traumas.

I provide individual and group counseling across the state of Oregon, with a focus on grief, loss, and coping with life transitions. In the midst of darkness and chaos, it can be hard to see the road ahead. In counseling, I will journey beside you as you find your path and support you in finding the courage to walk it. I am bilingual in English and ASL. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC)

I’ve worked as a therapist for 38 years . I use a supportive, warm, and down-to-earth approach, relying on a variety of approaches, including family systems therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy. My work helps my clients heal inner pain, resolve long-standing conflicts, identify and correct negative thoughts and beliefs, and improve their lives.

I have expertise in helping adults address trauma, relationship difficulties with family or romantic partners, and problematic sexual arousal and/or behaviors. I enjoy helping clients develop a sense of personal power to enact the changes they seek in their lives. I have a particular passion for helping people who feel stuck or are caught in a shame cycle within any of these topic areas.

I providing mental health counseling in safe and friendly environment. I provide services for all diagnosis's and to adolescents and adults. I am intern that is currently under supervision. I am unable to take insurance, my fees are lower than the average deductible or copay.
