I primarily provide individual therapy to adults and adolescents. I also provide psychological assessments that can be part of the intake process for beginning psychotherapy, or stand-alone psychological assessment for the purpose of diagnostic clarification.

Hi! I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist who works with individuals experiencing relationship difficulties, parenting stress, the sense of not belonging, immigration stressors, difficulties setting boundaries, anxiety, PTSD, and/or depression. What I know for sure is however you are feeling and whatever behaviors you are having make sense. All of our behaviors and beliefs were learned for a very adaptive reason that served us once, and may not be serving us anymore.

I recently had a horrible massage therapy experience (see my review of Morgan Ford Massage Therapy - yikes!) and had met Anne, massage therapist and the owner of Indigo, at the Tower Grove farmer's market last weekend. She did a chair massage on me, and was super friendly and nice. She actually gave it to me for free! So, after my hellish experience at Morgan Ford, I called and made a next day appointment with Anne. Time to undo some of the negative juju!!The location was very attractive and clean. She greeted me and remembered meeting me, and both she and the woman at the desk were very friendly and welcoming. Before the massage she reviewed my paperwork and asked me lots of questions to make sure that she would be providing what I was looking for. The massage table itself was super comfortable (I don't normally notice that but it was extra padded or something - same with the knee pillow). My massage was a combination of styles, including the deep tissue I had requested and trigger point work. I like very firm pressure, and often the therapist doesn't give me the pressure that I like. Anne checked in a couple of times to adjust the pressure, and was able to determine exactly what worked best for me. It was an excellent massage and she was very kind and professional. I felt totally comfortable and relaxed. When the massage was over (65 minutes, I checked!), she did an additional stretch on me once I had gotten dressed, and showed me how to do some other stretches for my problem areas. It was a great session and I will absolutely be back to see Anne. (TIP: This is a great local business to support. They don't offer Groupon, but DO offer awesome discounts! Look for their booth at TG famer's market for a great price - and there are tons of discounts listed on their web page).

New Beginnings Counseling and Coaching is located in St. Louis, MO. I have been to the Therapist there on many occasions. Dr. Bill Kuntz provides very practical advice and coping skills to handle stressful situations you may encounter. I have been extremely pleased and helped by going to him for counseling. I have gained such insight on how to handle certain problems that may occur during just everyday living. He has such a caring attitude and expertise in the field of therapy. I highly recommend you call him today for your counseling needs.
