Welcome! It is an honor for me to meet every client and invite you into the process of therapy—a journey that is often comforting and effective for most people. Therapy is essentially a journey into bringing out the best in yourself. This includes finding and maximizing your strengths and also identifying and working on your limitations. The vehicle for this journey is through a professional and therapeutic relationship.

Run well, clean, comfortable and very professional. Always depends on finding a good massage therapist which I have at Elements. Okay prices. It took trying several to find the one that is right for me. I do have two suggestions but neither are critical. Stop playing music during the massage. The music can be turned down but not off. The sound machine with the babbling brook is so much more relaxing since everyone's taste in music is so different. One person's relaxation music can be for someone else quite annoying and distract from the massage and relaxation. The second suggestion would be to use a higher quality, less greasy, sticky massage lotion. I bring my own but other customers may not think to do that. Prior to bringing my own, less greasy lotion the greasy lotion used by Elements prevented me from getting a massage as frequently. I had to schedule when I could go immediately home and take a shower. Elements lotion is very sticky and greasy. I have never had this problem at other massage therapy places.
