Char Scott and the counseling staff at Passages are best-in-class, hands down. They are compassionate, highly skilled professionals who have gone above and beyond to help my clients get into the treatment center that is the best fit for them. They have provided stellar after care treatment as well. When intervention is required, they take the time to ensure the highest level of care, discretion and professionalism in making sure all clients and families are well taken care of from the initial intake call to the successful completion of treatment and aftercare.

At Trinity Wellness Counseling & Yoga we offer compassionate counseling services to help clients reduce stress, cope with anxiety and depression, improve communication in relationships, and improve clients' overall wellness. We offer holistic, effective treatment for a variety of life struggles and mental health issues.
I love helping clients reach their goals and improve their quality of life. There is nothing more rewarding to me than witnessing people heal, find contentment, and improve their relationships.
I was originally inspired to become a therapist after watching my mother make significant, positive changes to her life as a result of attending counseling. In 2007 I quit my career as a middle manager in the automotive industry to complete my Masters Degree in Clinical psychology; I decided that I wanted to devote my efforts into making a difference in people's lives rather than making money for big corporations... I told myself that if I could make a positive impact on just one client's life, it would be worth the sacrifices I made.
My methods of helping clients achieve happiness and contentment go beyond typical talk therapy. In addition to being non-judgmental and empathic, I provide clients with multiple ways in which they can improve their mental and general health. I strongly believe that in order to have a happy life, one needs to focus on overall health and wellbeing including getting proper sleep, nutrition, exercise, as well as learning to manage thoughts and emotions in way that brings one more peace and ease. My approach to helping clients get better is holistic in nature: I provide interventions that address clients' overall health.
