Change Your Thinking, Change Your Life!
Dramatically change your relationships and the way you feel by identifying, understanding and dealing directly with the underlying causal thoughts through self-inquiry and acceptance.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a therapeutic approach that is effective for the treatment of a variety of conditions. The premise of CBT is that changing maladaptive thinking leads to a change in one's mood and in behavior. CBT techniques help individuals challenge their belief patterns and replace "errors in thinking" with more realistic and effective thoughts. The result is a decrease in emotional distress and self-defeating behaviors.

CBT promotes a more open, mindful, and aware attitude which diminishes the impact maladaptive thoughts and increases adaptive coping skills, emotions and behaviors.
