La Mesa
I have used the effective technique called EFT/TFT/Tapping for over 20 years to assist clients in releasing traumatic memories that prevent them from experiencing a full and complete life that is free of the dark shadows of the past. Unresolved traumas lead to "self-medication" habits which can be harmful to overall well-being and wellness overall. I can work with individuals, couples, families and small groups who are seeking to free themselves from addictions, grief, traumatic memories and any other unhelpful thoughts and habits.

As a patient here, I've gotten excellent care from the clinicians I've seen. My only complaint is with the office staff, who don't seem to have it together. My appointments are frequently missing from the books, and I've requested on multiple occasions to have the same times ongoing. They take a long time to return calls and never let me know when I need to schedule an appointment. A recent change in staff only seems to have amplified the problem.
