Chronic pain management, depression, marriage, pre/post sporting event soft tissue manipulation, pre/post natal, pre/post surgery, work, stress, intimacy deficiencies, diet, bereavement, weight loss/gain, addiction, business coaching and guidance are just a few of the ways we dedicate our time in helping others live a better life.

If you’ve tried other therapies and they haven’t worked, depth psychotherapy is what I offer. It is a way of attending to the symptoms you may be experiencing as calls for your attention, not as something wrong with you. Often these calls are rooted in things that haven’t yet been considered and looked at. Through the “not-so-easy” task of diving into them, my clinical experience has shown me that people start to live fuller, more authentic, lives.
