I'm a Holistic Therapist, which means I'm a drugless practitioner. I am a board certified HHP and I own Blossom Spring Natural Health Solutions, a manufacturer of herbal remedies from the rain forest. I am a minister and doctor of shamanistic theology, which encompasses the fields of natural medicine, spiritual medicine and mindfulness. I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to spend five years studying with the Maya healers, the Bush doctors, the shaman in Central America, so I use everything I leaned about physical health, mental health and spirituality in my healing practice.

The book, The Empowered Empath, was revealing, touching and relevant in so many ways. For days after reading it, various passages from the book entered my thoughts and gave me peace, happiness and a stronger sense of purpose and life understanding. From time to time I reread some parts, they are excellent for clearing thoughts and focusing and there are a couple that continue to give me joy each time I read them.

If you read her bio it is so very telling. She is nothing short of amazing. Very personable, professional, and does the right kind of work to heal you. It's been a long road for me and thankfully I found her. In just a few sessions I've made huge strides. If you are dealing with healing from trauma I recommend her 5,000 times over. I love her energy. You cannot go wrong with her. Sometimes I need to bring my son with me and she can accommodate having to bring a child(ren). She has a room they can hang in, which has every art material you could imagine. She makes it very soothing for them as well! After searching high and low for what I know PTSD recovery needs, I was blessed to find her. I am SO grateful for her. She is a wonderful human being.

Ronald Mah has an incredible balance with humor, analogies, insight, and stories that make what he is saying relatable. Â He is very, very good at what he does. Â I appreciate the way he tells it like it is. Â He won't coddle you. Â In the final analysis what I learned with my sessions with Ronald Mah was at times painful- but I needed to deal with the painful patterns and history in order to move forward. Â From past experiences with therapy, being nice and not challenging me made me feel better at the time but did nothing to make me grow long term. Â I grew long term because of my work with Ronald Mah. Also as a side note- I am a teacher. Â He often presents at Early Childhood Education conferences. Â I have learned so much from him about teaching at those conferences. Â He has a ton of free resources on his website that I continue to utilize. Â I appreciate Ronald Mah and the work he does so much.
