I believe in treating the whole person as we are a reflection our wellness internally as it will manifest externally...in how we show up in the world. Often the daily stress of living life can take a toll on us and we find ourselves operating from a stress perspective clouding our vision to who we are.

Hi! I'm so glad you are taking care of yourself and reaching out. I hold a Ph.D. in clinical social work and psychoanalytic psychotherapy, which means that together we will take a deeper look at the patterns you notice in your life. We will explore the meanings and associations you may have unconsciously made, and discover how this has affected your current decision making. Please feel free to check out http://woodlandhillstherapy.net for more detailed information on my practice, along with reviews. I am sorry I don't take insurance but I can provide an invoice for reimbursement. Individual sessions are $190, couples are $210. I look forward to speaking with you!
I feel incredibly privileged to be able to assist people in understanding themselves better. We are all on this walk of life together, and I love being able to bring the experience of connectedness to people when they may feel isolated, scared or lost.
I have my own unique way of connecting with people, feeling their pain, and supporting them through their struggles. I wanted to be able to work in the way that I believe in, and allow my clients to grow at whatever is a safe and comfortable pace for them.
I am not a quick fix therapist, I am not a life coach. I build real relationships with my clients based on trust. This creates an atmosphere of safety which allows people to explore their unconscious wishes and desires, which facilitates lasting growth and change.
I provide in person and remote therapy. Remote therapy has been wonderful, my clients find that they really enjoy the convenience of it and the bond between us remains just as strong.
When I see people in person, our chairs are spaced about 10 feet apart. There is an air purifier in the office, and you are welcome to wear a mask if you like. I also provide online therapy if that feels better.
