I started my business when I saw the solar industry in need for better customer service, better quality installs, and a need for electrical experience. I wanted to provide just that to customers. I've spoken to so many customers who felt they lost hope with solar, having contractors abandon their jobs, or recieved a poorly installed system. I do the best I can to show my customers that there ARE contractors who genuinely care for the greater good of not just my occupation, but the safety of your home.
As a small business we have the capabilities of spending more time with our customers, tailor-fitting their specific solar needs and making sure afterwards that they recieve that satisfaction. Not only do we provide great customer service to our customers but a true quality install. We utilize our electrical experience to assure a quality equipment install with proper interconnections. We assure our roof penetrations are properly sealed and with our roofing partners can assure a maintained roof warranty of up to 30 to 50 years. Making sure our customers get what they want or need from solar is what matters most, and we want to bring to this industry something different for our customers.

After a truly awful experience with Sunrun (who took over my original solar provider, Vivint), I was hesitant to trust any solar company again. But my roof replacement forced my hand, and I needed to get my panels reinstalled. Enter Solar Tech Elec - they were an absolute lifesaver! Back in 2021, they handled the de-installation of my 39 panels with incredible efficiency and professionalism, all at a very reasonable cost. Then, life got in the way, and I had to delay the reinstallation for almost two years. I was so worried they wouldn't honor our original agreement after all that time. To my relief, Ross (the CEO) was incredibly understanding and accommodating. His team was back on my roof less than a week after the holidays, and they were fantastic! They were communicative throughout the entire process, arrived promptly, worked incredibly fast (the whole installation took under 4 hours!), and the quality of their work was impeccable. They even optimized the placement of my panels for better sun absorption! Ross has since offered me some great incentives to transfer my service to Solar Tech Elec, which I'm thrilled to do. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and I'm so grateful for their outstanding service.
