My wife and I had an amazing experience working with Robby and Bonnie. Our hail storm claim had a number of items that were looked over by our insurance adjuster. They took care of everything for us. We had our roof replaced, new gutters installed, fence re stained, also some fascia and soffit repairs and painting.

I just wanted to share my experience with Halo Storm restoration. If anyone hasn’t had their roof replaced yet, the one-year storm deadline is approaching, and they will come take a look at your roof for free. The owner we dealt with directly, Stephen Dacus, lives here in Waterview and is also a firefighter and father of two. He made us feel like we were old friends and really treated us like family, going over and above to make sure our needs were met without having to pay a dime out of pocket, which was really important to us. Even with our deductible from the insurance agency, everything was covered 100%. We got a free roof, free vents, free fence pressure washing and staining, and he is working on a new front door for us! He was professional and friendly, taking the time to explain things every step of the way and work around our busy schedules. The workers were fast and efficient -- the roof was complete within 2 days -- and none of the workers needed to set foot in our home for any reason, so we weren’t inconvenienced. He personally did a property walk after the roof was complete to make sure everything was very clean and no debris, including a specialized system for getting all the nails out of the grass, which was important to us because we have little kids and the neighbors’ pets in our lawn often. I’m sure there are many good roofing companies out there, but this guy was really great, pleasant and professional, not just with us but with the insurance adjuster and everyone. Most of all, we knew we could trust him and that he wasn’t cutting corners or overcharging. He had our best interests at heart. Tell him you don’t want to pay a dime out of pocket, and he will take care of you like he did for us.

The owner, Randy Parish, is super educated about not only the roof, but how the full system should function and operate. The team he has was always on time and worked as a unit to ensure a quality product was delivered. My experience was the best. HIRE THEM !!! My home was built in 2001, I purchased it on 9/10/15, my inspector failed to catch a chimney that had been leaking for at least 10 years, so much so that the wood supporting it was crumbling. And, it was leaking through the drywall in the lower level ceiling. ( 1 1/2 story home) I first hired Lonestar Chimney, after 6 months & multiple repair attempts and $2,000 later no leaks were fixed. I fired them. I then called Tony at Dallas Chimney and Wildlife Specialists and explained my whole ordeal to them. After hearing everything he said "If I can't fix your chimney and stop it from leaking, I'll give you your money back". He first sent an engineer who evaluated my chimney. The primary component that fixed my leaking was a custom measured and designed cap that was color matched and had painted steel mesh to keep birds and critters out. My chimney is full brick from top to bottom, Tony also sealed my brick with 5 year sealer. His crew was top notch, clean cut, courteous gents who did not fear the very high (highest in my sub) height of the chimney nor my very steeply pitched roof. The got up there and took their time and did it right I waited 3 months before writing this review and checked my chimney every time that it rained, it is FINALLY FIXED.I can't say enough good things about these guys, my problem was a very long standing and difficult problem that caused expensive damage to my house and it seemed nobody could fix it. These guys FIXED IT RIGHT the first time through. Thank you to Tony and his crew. HIRE THEM.
