Quick, really quick.Being in the business of real estate, it's crisis mode during an option period, and when living in a region famous for wild weather/hail damage, getting a roofer out to your house in a seven day period is next to impossible.Not with Patrick Moran at Acura Roofing...he was there in two days. He's famous for respecting a deadline, was recommended to me on account of it, and didn't disappoint.Free and thorough estimate, of course.Only complaint, no cel phone accessibility. Never asked for it, but when you're freaking out about time restraints, a comfort to have.Update: They came on time...expressed minimal attitude for not being able to park in the neighbors' driveway, but then got to work, finished in a day, and cleaned up NICELY...looked better than how they found it..

So relieved David and his crew were available to waterproof my 240 sq ft upstairs balcony before the heavy rains last weekend. After struggling for several weeks to find a reliable roofer I decided to use Thumbtack. David was the first person to respond and came by to give me a quote the same day. His quote was fair and he explained everything that needed to be done. He kept me in the loop during the process and even special ordered the material I needed after hearing my concerns about the impending rain. We needed a roof inspection and a small roof repair done quick. I called on Sunday and actually spoke with Brad. He came out the next day and gave an estimate. The next day I got a estimate from another company for almost twice as much. WDR had my roof fixed a day later. These guys are great!
