xxxxx installed shingles and ridge vent on my house in the summer of 2011. I discovered just recently that with my solar operated fan I should not have installed the ridge vent in order for the solar fan to work efficiently. I called xxxxx with Right Way Exterior Solutions, explained this and he agreed that the ridge vent should not have been installed based on the solar fan manufacturer's instructions. He removed the ridge vent, installed ice and water shield and installed new hip and ridge capping with no charge to me all within 10 days after I contacted him.
