I give Nyberg Exteriors 5 stars. He doesn't try to sell you what you don't need. He provided us a fair assessment of the situation. Didn't try to up-sell, simply offered a solution to our roof problem and got it resolved at a fair price. Stuart's crew re-attached our vent stack and repaired the damaged roofing shingles. He even offered to replace some missing shingles from our garage with the leftovers from our roof project.We will definitely give him our business when we need to replace our roof in a couple of years.

6 years agoI couldn't be happier with ProMar Exteriors. We just had all new soffit, fascia, gutters, and downspouts installed. To begin with, their quotes were definitely the most reasonable, and for good materials. They were responsive from beginning to end and available via phone and email. Any time I had a question or concern, it was immediately answered or addressed. The installers were some of the hardest working people and really took their time to do it right. The house turned out beautifully and so far we are beyond happy with the quality of workmanship and the aesthetics. I strongly recommend them

Outstanding! Looked at six quotes, including Home Depot and Lowe's.  Doug at this company was able to do the roof, gutters, soffits for less with far better finishes.  They were extremely professional and the on-site manager knew exactly how to handle the challenges and as usual - ran into trouble with a few plywood boards.   All nails, old gutters were removed and none of the plants or yard damaged.  My wife thought they were friendly and trustworthy on initial sales meeting and Doug did not push for sale or payment. I found them as a Bannockburn neighbor used them on a mega mansion and I know the neighbor is very economical as a CPA.   The whole house has changed with the architectural shingle look and we used the overall savings to paint the house as well.  Really well done Summit and thank you Doug!
