I didn't actually hire these guys, but I had an A+++ experience with one of their guys. I was trying to heave a 70 pound box from West Elm into a U-Haul van with only my own two noodle arms (I'm a waifish fella). A dude from Pack My Truck (whose name I unfortunately did not catch) saw me driving the struggle bus, hopped out of his truck, walked over, and offered to help me load the box. I gratefully accepted and then was blown away when, instead of grabbing the other side of the box with me, he He-Manned the whole thing onto his shoulder and loaded it solo with ease. I thanked him profusely and he hopped back into his truck. When he saw me come out twice more with two more 70-pound boxes, he hopped out twice more and did the same thing. I owe this guy a beer, at least; if he hadn't been there to help... who knows? I may still be struggling to load boxes in the Pearl to this day. Thanks mystery strongman, and thanks Pack My Truck!
