For myself, playing piano has always been an enormously important part of my life. I love piano and keyboard music. Giving people the tools to be able to play piano is very fulfilling to me. The learning process can be fun and a rewarding personal experience. Students are encouraged to help choose the direction of their own piano lessons and create musical goals.

Finding the right piano teacher is essential. A piano teacher should be a good listener, design every lesson to accommodate the progress of each student , and make sure the pace of learning is comfortable. The piano instructor should create a supportive, relaxed learning environment. Students should feel free to ask questions, be inquisitive, and express themselves.
Creativity and individuality are encouraged. Many piano students arrive without any piano background, and this is perfect. When we start piano or keyboard lessons from the beginning, we can cover everything needed in a customized time frame. Each aspect of playing piano will be covered. I begin students as young as 5, and have taught students in their 80’s begin lessons as well. Any age is a great age to begin piano lessons or keyboard lessons.

Yes. All piano & keyboard lessons are live and remote. For those who are outside the driving area to my studio, in another locale or state, or who simply don’t want to drive, you can now take lessons online. We work on all the same skills that we would at in-person lessons in the studio.
I often get calls from people who want to take lessons, but are just a bit too far to drive to my studio. In addition, I get calls from people from all over the country who like my philosophy of teaching, or maybe want to work on a specialty that I offer, like Blues Piano. I now provide remote lessons to anywhere in the U.S.
It’s very simple. At their scheduled lesson time, I call students using Facetime, Zoom, or Google Duo. That’s it.

I am an older adult learner. Erinn makes piano lessons seem natural. She’s very attentive and is always encouraging me to do the best of my ability. Without her I don’t know what I would do. I am surprised, every time I meet with her, what I can do. An excellent piano instructor! She also encourages all piano learners to participate in the piano recital that she holds twice a year. I did not want to do that but she said something to me that encouraged me to do this. I am glad that I did!

Luis was great! He was willing to take on my wedding video/editing project even though he had never done something like it before. I could not be more thrilled with how it turned out, and he was so responsive and listened to all feedback. He allowed us to relive one of the best days of our lives. The video is beautiful and he listened to all my feedback. He gave me more than I could have imagined and I’m so grateful to have this to watch over and over again. Thank you so much, Luis!

Harrison is the definition of professional and he is one of the most engaging people I have ever met! My son (6 years old) started piano this year and he is excited to see Harrison every week. Harrison manages to find something to get him excited every week and knows just what to say to get him re-engage when interest is lacking. He is teaching Jackson not only the practical side of music but also creating music through composition and getting his creative juices going while doing it around other topics he likes (Harry Potter, minecraft etc). He is truly a one of kind teacher that we are so grateful to have found!
