Selecting a wedding photographer was so daunting to me! I am not particularly photogenic and was really worried about looking 'naturally happy' in front of the camera on our big day. When I book Ailecia at OH! SNAP! I was pleased to have my greatest concerns and doubts relieved in our initial meeting.
During our initial conversations Ailecia really worked to 'get' us and our style. The proof of that is in the photos; instead of having run-of-the-mill shotsI feel our personalities really shined through.
While no wedding album is complete without a couple of the traditional wedding photos of the bride and groom and their families and wedding party we were more concerned with getting pictures of our friends and family enjoying the celebration of our union. And boy did we ever! It was a supremely long day for her, but Ailecia stayed throughout the entire reception caputring all the moments of the night...a lot of which I didn't even get to see while they were happening because I was busy greeting and talking to our guests.
Everyone from my 80 year-old grandfather to our youngest cousins felt comfortable with Ailecia and it shows in the pictures. She got to know peoples' names and really engaged them in order to snap the best shots.
Time and time again I heard our guests talking about how fun the photobooth was - it is one of OH! SNAP!'s stand-out features. Our guests snapped their pics whenever, however they wanted. As many times as they wanted! Young and old found this to be so fun. A huge bonus is that Ailecia puts all the pics online so people can check out the photos they snapped themselves!
