I decided to create a family history blog for my relatives and tried several web hosted sites until settling on Wix. Loved the site but could not, for the life of me, get the set-up right. I have worked on computers for years and created different types of documents but the blog page had me stymied.
Wix offers a consultant service so I clicked on the link, put in my info and price range and waited to see who, if anyone, would reply. Luckily for me Neal answered within minutes.
He spent about 30 minutes talking with me to get an idea of what I hoped to achieve and how I wanted it to look. His price was so reasonable I couldn't resist and he seemed quite knowledgeable. Plus, I was able to check out his FB page while we were talking and liked what I saw.
Neal said he could put this together for me within hours, sent me an email invoice which I paid on the spot and then waited about two hours before I heard from him.
I couldn't believe the incredible blog page he designed. It is easy for me to navigate and looks terrific. I did get stuck a few times, at first, and called/emailed Neal for help. He was most courteous and helpful and I never felt like I was "bothering" him.
So far, I have posted five blogs issues, each one better than the one before. My family loves the posts and appreciates the history and photos.
