My wife was referred to this place to call for the baby shower planned for our daughter in law. Karen McIntyre was fantastic in taking the order and explained in detail about the options. She was very helpful to my wife so she could place the order. Karen emailed the order to make sure everything was right. On the scheduled day for set up, Dan and Kyle showed up on time. Set up the tent and delivered tables and chairs. Did not realize Dan was the owner. I am not into sports but others may be interested. Dan is an ex Cleveland Brown. He is so humble and caring and truly treats people well. Kyle worked with a smile. Our event went without a hitch. Edward and Chris came the day after and took the tent down and packed everything away. Both extremely great folks. Search for a place to help with tents and such for a party in the Cleveland area should end with this company.
