After meeting with Rich and reading all the fantastic reviews on him, I felt like we had found the perfect DJ/MC. He did not disappoint! He met with us on several occasions to really get to know us, our families, and our likes/dislikes pertaining to the wedding. He is professional, organized, and kept us calm during the entire planning process. I’ll never forget his phone call a few days prior to the wedding just to ask us how we are doing, nerves, etc. Rich coordinated the timing of the entire evening. My husband and I were free to fully enjoy our special day, as Rich was in full control of the flow of events. He wrote a personalized and heartfelt version of our relationship/love story; many said that was one of the highlights of the reception! The music and dancing never stopped! Rich is truly the best!

Great experience working with these guys. Rented a photo booth for my sisters wedding after I went to one in New York that had one. Huge hit and the props were awesome. Everyone still has them hanging on their fridge or in their office. Very punctual and easy to deal with. We had so many issues working with other vendors that it was super nice to work with people who did what they said they would do. I had heard that many times some other companies didn't show up (or pick up on time) and I was very wary of this when hiring Fun Mugs. Never had an issue. I would highly recommend. I don't make it a point to write reviews but needed to share this one.
