I feel so lucky to have found this training team after nearly a year of meeting with “top” trainers in the Seattle area who were not able to equip us to handle our dog’s reactivity. Brianna and Garret are firm but fair. They used tools and concepts that we were familiar with as well as some ideas that hadn’t been introduced by other trainers. Their techniques are balanced. We’ve learned how to set our dog up for success and to hold him accountable. Since the initial board and train they have been more like coaches, helping us to work with our dog in our home and around real distractions and triggers.

We've used Shaggy Shack several times. Great owners and staff always make us feel very secure about our pups. We have pit bulls, and one is not dog friendly, so it always makes boarding difficult, but Tonya and the staff were incredibly reassuring that both dogs would have a good experience. The dogs got private yard time, together, with staff to play, and came back to us obviously tuckered out, which is hard to do. :) We will continue to bring our fur babies back to them, and will also keep recommending them to friends and family. Great people!!!
