The older dog has had several accidents and the caretakers have gone above and beyond to take care of the wood floors, wash the blankets and replace, they suggested an extra potty time to help the situation, which really helped! My dog Nunu spent 4 days at 9andMe. Nunu is blind, elderly, and we spend a lot of time on our own and without a lot of added stimuli since my other dog Max passed away. Nunu was very excited heading to the camp and usually he's very easy going. He loved his initial visit and I was happy to see him be so comfortable around all the other dogs. The staff was too notch and Ishah, the owner is every dog owners dream. She loves your dog like they are hers and is very attentive. We will definitely go back for future stays!

They are as professional as one could be, and Michelle is the most knowledgeable individual about any breed of dog, feline, birds and more than you can imagine. Her care for them is impeccable. She extends her duties above and beyond, One time in caring for Elliot, he was not acting right, not eating, lethargic, etc. I was not there. She phoned and was concerned for him that it might be a bout of pancreatitis. I asked her to Vet him, Who does this, She brought him and sure enough she was right on target. His recovery regimen was started right away. I never had to worry. I always felt at ease, because I knew he would be in good hands with Michelle's care.
