This means the grooming services I do always take longer than an average groomer as I find it more important to spend quality time getting to know your pup to ensure they are at ease rather than grooming a larger number of clients per day.

Grover, our 6 yo goldendoodle, recently started seeing Lexi for his groomings and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Grover has always been anxious around clippers and especially blow dryers because of some past bad experiences. But Lexi really knows how to handle him.
Lexi took her time to make Grover feel comfortable. She didn’t rush the grooming process at all. Instead, she took him on little walks and gave him breaks throughout the session. This made a huge difference for Grover. He was much calmer and less stressed than he usually is at the groomer's.
What really stood out was how caring Lexi is. She kept us updated on how Grover was doing and even sent us photos during the grooming. It was so reassuring to know that Grover was in good hands.
When we picked Grover up, he was so happy. He smelled great and looked really handsome. It was clear that Lexi had done a fantastic job. I’m so relieved to have found a groomer who takes such good care of Grover. I highly recommend Lexi to anyone looking for a dog groomer who truly cares about the well-being of their pets.
