Cassy came to trim our very antsy Malinios nails. She took her time and helped us with alot of great advice on getting Bjorn comfortable with the process. Our Nail appointment turned out be so much more, invaluable information from a professional. We look forward to seeing Cassy and most importantly, So does Bjorn 💚💚💚 Thank You Cassy, You helped my husband @serveavet on IG #BjornMajorsMalinios

From receptionists to techs to the vets themselves, top notch service all around. I wish they were still CATS ONLY as that's one of the reasons I selected the clinic but I understand the pandemic forced folks to make tough decisions. I honestly thought I was going to lose one of my beloved felines but with the help of the Cat Hospital he's still miraculously alive today. Can't recommend enough!

Took my boss's Goldendoodle and we will be returning!! She communicated throughout the entire visit! She explained things I wasn't familiar with and took care of him! (poor guy had a fox tail) She was quick to respond and got him in for an appointment right away! All around wonderful experience, puppers was so comfortable and relaxed with her he was ready to nap there all day... Highly recommend!!
After 30 years in shops, decided to do a mobile van. Less stress for your dog and also for me. Love dogs. They are my heart.
The communication between care professional and dog. I've learned so much about the way dogs think and can usually understand what they need or how they feel in a few minutes .
I've spent years helping other people start their grooming shops or departments over the span of my career and just thought it might be time to add what I've continued to learn to a new one. (Which I'm still learning ) This industry is constantly changing and adding more. It has tripled in growth in the last few years and their is allways more to learn.
I've allways been geared towards the 'service' part and the care of the animal individual needs. Although I have yet to get a head of the business aspects . ( I'm still learning that), And being the only employee/owner, is still my biggest challenge I hope to improve and become as knowledgeable as I've been with pets. I hope people are patient with me because I am the sole everything to the business and am starting it from scratch. Its been a trip!
Not the grooming I come to you. But I am also educated in behavior and safe handeling as well as disease prevention and sanitation. Hope to get canine CPR as well soon. And I am certified trainer. Although I haven't had time to act on these things I can awnser questions or give suggestions on such subjects . No vet advice though. I'm not a DVM .
S A F E. Program through AKC. Allways disenfect and sanitize between each dog or cat. Most don't know they are two different things!
