The Downtown vet is amazing, I cannot say enough positive things about them! I have seen every veterinarian there between my two sick fur children, and they are all great! Dr. Buchanan is so smart, caring and thorough. He will go above and beyond to make sure your pet is given the absolute best care and to make sure you understand everything going on! The Downtown Vet has come to my fur babies’ rescue many times, and I cannot thank them enough.

I visited this clinic because I foster a rescued dog. This clinic thankfully offers discounts to some of the rescue shelters. It appears they offer good prices to all, therefore you should be prepared to wait. I also like being able to check their calendar online to see when they are taking walk-ins. While my first visit with Dr. Johnson wasn't as impressive as I'd hoped, my second visit with Dr Ruth Landau was much better! She took her time, checked my little dog thoroughly, gave her fluids and meds. I can only hope that this time my little foster dog is on her way to a full recovery. I do appreciate that Dr. Johnson offers these services for those that are trying to care for the animals. I wish more vets could keep their prices within reason.

As a busy dog mom, having "Miss Ashley" drop in during the week has been a huge relief! My two personal pups LOVE her, and have even started recognizing her car. Plus, it leaves me feeling a little less guilty for long work days! In addition to my two personal dogs, I also usually have a foster dog or two (who often have various medical issues) who she also loves on, administers meds, or just lets out for a quick potty break. It's fabulous to have someone who not only I trust, but who my pups adore. We couldn't ask for a better sitter or dog walker!
