I took my dog in for his second grooming with Carlos on Tuesday, and I believe there was a misunderstanding about the length of my dog's coat that I wanted. I brought him back the next day to speak with Carlos, he said no problem and shortened Bandi's coat exactly as I had initially wanted. Carlos was very gracious and made my little guy look adorable!
