When you can smell mice in your kitchen but they are avoiding traps, it's a problem. I called One Hour Pest Control on a Saturday morning, and they sent someone out just a few hours later. Darryl arrived, and was wonderfully kind and helpful. He found 'rub marks' by a gap on the bottom side of one of our cabinets next to our stove within a few minutes, and had discovered that was the highway the mice were using to get in and out of our kitchen. He proceeded to seal the gaps in our cabinets with metal L-brackets, and even when he had used all that he had brought with him, he came back first thing the next morning and finished the job quickly, including a thorough inspection of the rest of our apartment. I gave our kitchen a thorough cleaning after he left, and the smell has gone away (yes!!) without any sign of mice since. I'd highly recommend Darryl at One Hour Pest Control!
