The best pest control experience ever, I was really worried never having bed bugs in my life. They came in totally professional and discrete, they found the nest gave me some tips to keep up the maintenance which was basic cleaning 101. Its been two months later and haven't seen any since. When you can smell mice in your kitchen but they are avoiding traps, it's a problem. I called One Hour Pest Control on a Saturday morning, and they sent someone out just a few hours later. Darryl arrived, and was wonderfully kind and helpful. He found 'rub marks' by a gap on the bottom side of one of our cabinets next to our stove within a few minutes, and had discovered that was the highway the mice were using to get in and out of our kitchen. He proceeded to seal the gaps in our cabinets with metal L-brackets, and even when he had used all that he had brought with him, he came back first thing the next morning and finished the job quickly, including a thorough inspection of the rest of our apartment. I gave our kitchen a thorough cleaning after he left, and the smell has gone away (yes!!) without any sign of mice since. I'd highly recommend Darryl at One Hour Pest Control!

After a month of true hell, we're finally able to sleep through the night thanks to Billy, Angela, and the NYC Pest Control team. We found bedbugs right at the start of the coronavirus pandemic, and despite the entire city shutting down around us, they jumped right on our case. Our landlord insisted on a second opinion -- which took two weeks after a string of no-shows -- and when this other provider said they could get it done in one single appointment with an aerosol treatment, we didn't buy it for a minute. We pushed back on our landlord, and couldn't be happier that we did: Billy confirmed that we had a highly unusual case that would need 4-5 treatments. Angela checked in on us and was empathetic and reassuring, which meant the world to us when we were in the thick of all the stress. 4 rounds of treatment ended up doing the trick, and our space has been bedbug-free ever since!

Liberty has been nothing but great to me at a responsible price for my place. I've been using their service for quite a long time and dont see myself switch in the fore seeable future. I just recommend them i love Liberty Pest Control.

We weren't surprised when we realized that we had rats, they had been running free all over the street. We called M & M Pest Control Inc‎. and they came out that same day and set to work. A few days later and they were back to clear up and the pests were gone. What's nice is that they are an eco-friendly business, not something that we looked for or considered when seeking them out. But something that means we will use them again, but hopefully not anytime soon!

We had a mice and pesticides issues in our store due to long going constructions from neighboring yard and across street ,we contacted Bruno, He comes in every month and treat the place we don't see not a single thing.Now we can focus on our business thanks to Bruno.

I had a problem and called someone who cane and said they corrected it all to my surprise I got the problem back !I was given extreme pest man card from a friend whom they did satisfied work for and and I explained what had happen they came and made me feel like the problem could be corrected and l gave them the job !!an f2f a year has passed and I am PROBLEM free I highly recommends them they are courteous and reasonable thank u joe arancio I am FOR ever grateful !!!!
