What do you love most about your job?

As a personal chef, what I love most about my job is the ability to express my creativity through food and provide people with an emotional and sensory experience. Food is not just sustenance, it's a language of its own, and I get to use it to tell stories, evoke memories, and create new experiences.

What inspired you to start your own business?

My journey to starting my own business was inspired by a combination of my extensive culinary experience, a passion for food, and a deep desire to share my love for European flavors with others.

With over 18 years of experience in the culinary industry, I've had the privilege of working in various roles, including a stint at a distinguished restaurant in Belarus and running my own catering service. As a Personal Chef, I had the opportunity to serve an elite clientele. These experiences honed my culinary skills, deepened my understanding of food, and instilled in me a strong sense of professionalism.

When my family won the Green Card Lottery and we moved to Miami, I saw it as an opportunity to embark on a new chapter in my culinary journey. I was inspired to start my own business to continue doing what I love, but this time, in a new context. I wanted to introduce the people of Miami to the rich and diverse flavors of European cuisine, and give them the opportunity to embark on culinary adventures without leaving their city.

Starting my own business also gave me the freedom to express my creativity, personalize my services, and build more intimate relationships with my clients. I love that I get to tailor my menus to each client's preferences, creating unique dining experiences that reflect their tastes and dietary needs.
